Dear Sir,
i wish to do a work of supply of manpower to companies.
1. is the pf & esi is beared by me or by company to whom manpower is supplied.
2. how many numer of employees i have to impliment pf.
3. procedure of having service tax No. & under which head is comes uperlisted work.

1. You shall have to bear because those employees shall be on your pay roll.
2. It depends upon your need and within reach, however, liability of PF and ESI shall start when on any working day, you employ 20 or more employees.
3. for this matter, you shall have to engage a counsel dealing in taxation matters.

It will be advisable for you to voluntarily register for ESI / EPF (even when the number of employees with you less than the threhold limit of 20). This will help you to get the amount from the companies to whom you supply the manpower, and also will benefit the employees since right from the word go, they will get the ESI/EPF benefits. In the process you will become a employer having best labour practices.
