Respected Sirs,

Our father expired some 20 years back.

We are three brothers living in the Joint family with families of my father's other two brothers.

As per last mutation, our mother has 20% share in the house and my eldest brother has 10% share in the house and the rest 70% is in name of our 2 uncles's family.

Now our mother has expressed a desire that our second brother and I should have equal rights on her 20% ownership in the house, so we all three brothers can have equal share of 10% each.

For this purpose, please give a format of Document that can be made and made by our Mother, primarily for the purpose of clarity among us three brothers, as desired by our mother.

A registered relinquishment deed from your mother in favor you two can do away the problem in her life time.In case you want it to be done after life time then a WILL can be created by her for this purpose.
Look for a local lawyer help.

Execute and registered relinquishment deed in favour of you and your brother by your mother would suffice to get wish of your mother. Hire Local Lawyer for it.
