Dear Experts,
I am already enroll in state bar council and also in local Court , my question is whether i am eligible to deal Sales tax matter and also audit regarding Sales Tax , IT, ST, etcfor my Client.

yes, you can.

Section 288 of the IT Act empowers advocate specifically.

With regard to discharge of your duties as an advocate, it is permissible. But you cannot do auditing work .
