the police(respondent) had misled the high court stating that final report was filed in 2008.the final report is still not filed.is sec.239 applicable for honorable discharge - all evidence point to foisting a false case by the i.o.

can someone guide me,please and also provide judgement details if possible.
it is my personal liberty/life at stake.

If police has said lie on record, contempt proceedings can be initiated against him

Which place the case is in? Just check in the court before deciding any action.

if you think that you have proper proof to discharge then why are you waiting, filed an application before court. if court think fit, may be the court discharged.
