Help needed in case of will

Mr A has 7 sons (A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,A7) & 4 daughters (B1,B2,B3,B4). He died in 1983 leaving a will. Mr A property includes a house which has 3 floors & a shop on rent. In his will he has given Ground floor to A3, first floor to A7, & second floor to A6. And the shop on rent to A5 & A7. Nothing has been given to the daughters & wife. All the property was taken by the legal heir as per the will except the ground floor since the A3 was not in that city & it was previously occupied by the A4 & A5. Now they are not ready yo move out. So what will be the appropriate action in this regard to get the Ground floor..

thanks for replying. But pls tel wat are the chances of getting. Since Mr A expired in 1981 & no suit was filed till now. And only 1 witness is alive.
