1)7/12 extract of the said land on which it is endorsed as NA Land
2)The sanctioned lay-out of the said land which is N.A.
3) The NA Order or permission letter granted by Dist Collector concerned u/s 44 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code issued properly.
4) The proper Title and Search report of the said land by some good Advocate.
All above documents are must to buy a NA Plot as desired by you.
