DEAR SIR, WE HAVE ANCCIESTAL AGRICULTRER LAND IN (UP&BIHAR). MY ELDER MOTHER WAS ISSULES &1/2 SHARE HOLDER OF TOTAL PROPERTY,SHE DIED IN 1985 & 2-3-- MONTHS BEFORE SHE EXECUTE A UNREGISTERD(WASIYAT NAMA BILA MALIYAT) CONDITIONAL WILLON PLAIN PAPER IN FAVOUR OF MY MINER SON (3/YERS OLD AT THAT TIME,)(--THIS IS I DONT KNOW--)ACORDING THAT IAM THE CARE TAKER OF PROPERTY, IN BEETWEEN MY SON DIED BY ANY CAUSED A AM THE SUCESER OF WHOL PROPERTY, OTHER WISE EXECUTERS /OR HIS SUCCESER OF THE WILL GIVE ME WILL ON 24/12/2010/WEDING OF MY SON WHICH IS 1ST.IN 2010 I FIND THE WILL, IWANT 2KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF WILL IN INDIAN LAW CAN IT ACCEPTABLE OR NOT, &WHAT IS THE PROCES OF MUTATION IN GOV RECORD DONE BY MY SON, I AM VERY 2 THANK FULL 2 U IF U HAVE GUIDE& ADVICE ME.

You would be the sole owner as per the will.
You have to get it probated. But what are the issues now.
If their are other claimants, the moot question would arise why was it not probated in the name of your minor son before.

Get it establish before court of law by way of probate. If you succeed then whole property belongs to you.
