hindu ado act do not allow adoption below 15 yr unless cutom applies.guardian and ward act allows such adoption below 15 yr?

While you have correctly read and understood
section 10 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act to read its clause "(iv) he or she has not completed the age of fifteen years, unless there is a custom or usage applicable to the parties which permits persons who have completed the age of fifteen years being taken in adoption."

Your understanding about THE GUARDIANS AND WARDS ACT,1890 is incorrect.This act is divided in IV chapters,with 53 sections and a schedule.Can you refer the section where you read what you say about it????

i have not read guardian and ward act but i m asking apart fro hindu law 'is there any act where adoption for example of a parsi girl is allowed below 15 year.sec 10 will not suit parsi girl so i asked.

I don't think guardian and wards act deal with the issue of adoption.
