Please provide case law about section 11 of the companies act.

The section is prohibitory in nature containing 5 sub section,it is not clear from your query what confusion is caused to you and with respect to which subsection that makes you demanding us to cite case law as the provisions are crystal clear.

If you cannot provide the requisite details, certainly at least we who have asked for the information would not be answering. We have not stopped or stopping any one from answering on the basis of whatever little information that you have made available, provided it makes any sense at least to them!
