An Indian resident opening a bank account overseas.What is the procedure to remit the money back to India?

If there is any branch of that bank in India then it can be withdrawan in India also and if has no branch then it can be sent through either of overseas branch of Indian banks situated in that country with documents authenticating genuineness of such money.
