Termination without norice on criminal offence proved and in jail

Co-operative society has one employeewho was jailed for criminal offence was terminated without issuing chargesheet or notice on the basis of punishment of jail.Matter is posted in labour court shortly Society want some Supreme court /High court judgment that in such cases notice or charge sheet isnot necessary.

Depends upon the conduct and discipline rules prescribed for the employees of the society. Normally on the case of moral turpitude, the employee is terminated after he is convicted by a court of law.

So, unless you give some detail of the case it may not be possible to give appropriate advice on the issue.
