Is Non custodial parent allowed to use physcial force during the child visit and force to talk to her. Child is girl child and 8 year old.
Also at what age legally in india child has right to refuse to meet the non custodial parent if he /she dont wish to.

you query is meaningless, any way if girl child upto married the natural guardian liable to secure and safe.

Mr. Sheikh, what I understand from the above query is that if the court has given the visitation rights than the child has to meet the non custodial parent and the child cannot refuse to meet, but if the child refuses then as per the High Court decision the child has to be taken for counselling and then on the basis of counselor's report the court will decide. Next, after the age of 12 years the child is asked by the court to take the decision with whom he/she wants to stay with. Secondly, it is true that the natural guardian is liable for the child's security and safety.
