hi, would like to place the newspaper articles (with the proper mention of the source )from different newspaper in my blog for discussion. will this be violation of any law

if it is simply news then not ,if any article,then without permission,infringement of copy right may get attracted.

thank you Mr. Singh,
it will be hard to differentiate between the simple news or not.
beside my blog itself will be the summary of the news printed in various newspaper (with proper credit mentioned, along with the link to newspapers website if they have one) which mean it will not be possible to take the permission each and every time and getting into contract with all the newspapers may also not be the option.
so is there any alternative way that i could think of so that i do not violate any law..
