Query regarding cooperative housing society

1.) Can a resident of a society start School tutions at home in resendtial building ?? It causes nuisance too other residents.

2.) Is this allowed as i have heard tutions can be taken only in commercial place.

3.) And if its not so then what are the actions that a society can take on such people.

It depends on what is your status that is your are member and taking tutions or you want to object for other person who is doing so.

1.)NO,unless it is unobjectionable.

2.)you have rightly heard.

3.) And if its not so then what are the actions that a society can take on such people.
society can ask to stop it,a resolution may be passed,penalty may be imposed etc.
