Property Rights to Sisters

sir,

both my parents have expired couple of years back. my grandfather had left a house at my hometown. we are three and my father had not written any will regarding this property. Pls let me the share holding patterns of this house amongst three of us, which was given by my grand father as per the law.

You have to indicate the following:
(1) In which State the property located.
(2) Whether the Grandfather is your paternal grand father or maternal grand father?
(3) Whether the property was self-acquired property of your grand father or he received it from his father etc.?
When did your grandfather die?
4) How many children your grand father had (Sons / daughters)?
(5) When did your father die?
(6) When did your mother die?
(7) When you say we are three - please specify - sons / daughters.
(8) Whether your Sister is married and if so when did she get married?

1)Property is in Andhra Pradesh
2)Grand Father is my father's father
3)My grand pa received from his father
4)grand father died long back- dont know the year
5)3 sons and 5 daughters- He had made a will for his properties and my father received this house.
6)My father expired in 2010
7) My mother expired in 1998
8)We are three- son and two daughters
9) Both sisters are married one in 2001 and the other in 2005

But the property is already divided in between my father and his brothers.

I wanted to know the distribution share in between myself and my sisters?

The property in question is a personal property of your father. Since your father has not left any WILL, the same will go by way of inheritance EQUALLY amongst all his legal heirs. The legal heirs of your father are: his mother (if she is alive), son(s) and daughter(s).

The house property shall be shared among the three i.e., you and your two sisters in equal shares as the property is inherited by your father.
