A Hindu man marries a Muslim woman under Special Marriage Act and the not convert their religion.

Both work and purchased properties together.

They gave birth to one daughter.

What is the inheritance of the property if husband or wife or both die?

you have done marriage as per law of special marriage act, as per said law the both are come
prabhakar singh (Expert) 28 July 2011
By sections 29(2) and 37of Indian succession Act, if they or one who of them die intestate.
