What is not 'regular and under a particular title' is called miscellaneous in court proceedings.

Sir I have understood but sir can u give me the case law to understood the above mentioned 4 points more in detail sir as we known that we can file a revision petition for all miscellaneous.

Miscellaneous Appeal: That should be appeal.

Miscellaneous Petition (M.P.).: Interlocutory applications.

Civil Misc. Petition (C.M.P.) : applicable to civil cases only.

Criminal Misc. Petition (Crl.M.P.): criminal interlocutory applications.
