Co-Operative housing Service Society

One partnership firm develop a residential scheme in Gujarat and they make Co-Operative Housing Service Society for maintain the land and building for several purchasers my question is :-

(1) In sale deed we make a second party to the service society?

(2) Can Service Society name enter in revenue records when purchaser gives his/her/their irrevocable consent for that?

(3) Service Society is party in Sale Deed?

The allottes or owners have enrol themselves as members for availing the services of the society. The answer to 1 to 3 is NO.
