My father passed away 15 months ago.
I have a step-sister in my care from his first marriage.
He had executed an afadavit for completing Army pension and medical insurance procedures wherin he appointed me her guardian.
Now my sister n brother r threating to take her away as they r arbitrarily making allegations about the way i take care of her.
My mother is in a home in Calcutta, under my brother's care. He is a religious brother n based in asansol.
My sister lives in the same apartment as we do in mumbai.
How do i go about this?
being appointed as her legal guardian.

you have not mentioned that whether yor step mother is of insane or lunatic. if she is hale and hearty then guardian cannot be appointed.
