Right of residence in cooperative society flat

Alongwith flat owner who else have right of residence in cooperative society flat?
What remedy is available if the person staying in flat does not move out if asked by owner?

Normally the flat owner and his family members are allowed to reside. But if the flat owner allows any other person to stay with him, the society can not take objection unless that other person is a criminal or causes nuisance or does some unlawful activities.

EVEN better advises will come to you if you directly tell who is he residing there and how and by whom was he inducted in the flat???????????
