we Made a home after other family member acceptance on court paper. now it is disputed. the paper is in the favour of two person. can we make a registery without all member. while the property is 50 years old.

THOUGH YOUR EXPRESSIONS ARE NOT CLEAR,I COULD ONLY DECIPHER THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN A "PAPER"( we call DOCUMENT)WHICH WAS EXECUTED 50 YEAR AGO CAN NOW BE REGISTERED.

Please indicate where is the property located?
Please also indicate where are you located.

Please clarify who is in possession of the said home and from when?

Now who is disputing and whether any case has been filed, if so in which Court?

I think he referred any family settlement.
If all absolute rights to the title of property given in family settlement and it is properly executed then property can be sold without consent of other parties.
