Can a settlement deed be cancelled after it has been acted upon by the settlee.

Right of cancellation should be reserved otherwise you have to file a suit for cancellation of settlement Deed before the jurisdictional Court.

If the settlement-deed has been executed on some wrong fact or on fraud, misrepresentation etc. then settlee can get set aside such deed.
