Shared Household

(Querist) 08 May 2011 This query is : Resolved 
A couple has resided for seven years in parents flat ( not as a tenant) in Mumbai. Now parents want to move into this falt to live and the son(husband) has hired another flat and moved out, while the daughter in law ( wife) has not. The lower court has pronounced this falt as " Shared Household". Parents never lived in that flat and they want to live now. The mother in law has lived for two months after the son has moved out.

What can be done? Delhi court judgement is attached.

Move to Hon'ble SC and you will get justice as per earlier decision in similar matters by Hon'ble SC.
