not registering the falt,

I am the builder, who has constructed the falt and sold to other person, he has to pay me 1.50 lakhs of the total 10 lakhs.he his not paying me, i have to register the flat in his name, but he has occupied the flat and he his staying at present. please help me in this regard.

Issue notice to the purchaser to get the regd., sale deed within so and so date by paying the balance amount, otherwise AOS is cancelled and wont pay the any token amount received by you.

Why did you handover the possession to such purchaser before the execution of Sale deed?

Is he paid correct stamp duty on Sale Agreement?

Whether such Sale Agreement is registered?

Whether any owners association formed?
