padmasali is OBC in andhra pradesh , suppose that persons grand father and father settled at orissa, but in orissa there is no caste as padmasali .under what category that person can get caste certificate at orissa

if you have any previous OBC certificate from AP, yes you can approach the thasiltar office along with previous OBC certificate, they will provide

You can apply for the community certificate to the tashildar, mention that AP list is having this community in OBC. They will do the needful.

Categories of OBC deffer from State to State. Thus any certificate issued on the basis of categories of caste of one state will not apply for getting benefit of OBC category in other State. Thus even if you get OBC certificate from AP, it will not apply in OBC category of Orissa.

but there is no certificate issued by AP, as i told grand father and father settle at orissa,
but there is similar category in orissa which is patra tanti which comes under schedule caste constitutional order 1950 .
so it can be claimed as SC at orissa?
can a caste which is OBC in one state and similar in another state is SC, can avail benefit of SC and procedure to get certificate
