my relatives are staying in row house surrounded by hills. in last rainy season the wall behind their row house was collapsed.expenditure for that approx 25,00,000/- 3 row house owners are suffering because of that. before some days in society meeting they decided to contribute 25,000/- in respect to reconstruct that wall. some members are denning to give the amount.My queri is
1. who is responsible for constructing that wall
2.can member deny to contribute

if you are pay monthly basis or annual basis any subscribing in your society , if yes, the society construct the wall otherwise all tenancy having liable.

they are paying monthly mentainance. can they send notice to socity?

when they are paying monthly maintenance fee to the society, it is the bounded duty of the society to construct the wall. Issue notice

Yes, the society is bound to reconstruct the wall. However, it can ask the shares of construction cost from its members.
