Interim Bail

Hi,

We have 9 cases pending in the trial court and in one case we have been convicted for 5 years(Its currently now in Delhi High Court) and our relative is in Custody.For all other 9 cases in Tis Hazari we have withdrawn bail bonds so that the period in JC is countable.
I just want to know if we got interim bail from High Court in the decided case then do we have to get the bail in other 9 cases as well.
All the 10 cases have the same FIR.

The order will be applicable only in respect of the case it is passed.

yes you have to apply for the fresh bail in other 9 cases

File bail in all cases. The interim bail you got will be helpful to get order in other cases
