Agriculture land

Hi ,
I am from Delhi .I want to buy land in pune 2 gunta which is agricultural.I had come to know that ,I should be a farmer for that .
My Dad is a govt servent ,he has agricultural land in utter pardesh for agriculture .He is working as a Govt Servent in Delhi . Can ,I buy a agricultural land in pune.
Kindly show me right path

When your father is father then you can easily purchase an agrl., land.
