General Power Of Attorney

If my wife wants to make General Power of Attorney in favour of her sister in law, whether it should be made on Rs. 100 or Rs 500 non judicial paper.
If Substituted Power of Attorney is made, then on what Rs. non judicial paper it should be made.

If the GPA is executed by a single person it should be made on Rs. 100 non-judicial paper. If the executors of GPA is five and more persons then it should be made on Rs 200 non-judicial paper.

In West Bengal it is Rs 50 for every type of POA, registered or unregistered.
