execution petition

(Querist) 17 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
attachment was affected with wrong servy number, sale was conformed, Dhr is auction purchaser 1/4th amount was set off, but remaing amount sale amount was diposted beyond 15 days. DHR filed a petition seeking amendment. please advise me

The auction will have to be cancelled as it was for a wrong property. A fresh auciton may have to be held.

not necessary, you may file a amendment petition or fresh execution petion under Order 21 Rule 13 (a) before auction.
