File a writ petition U/Article-32 to the Supreme Court or U/Article-226 to High Court Of Constitution Of India for the Fundamental Rights U/Article-21-Protection of life and personal liberty & Article-22-Protection against arrest and detention in certain cases -a simple letter is also deals as a writ petition.
