registration for business

I an authorised agent of LIC of India and want make a MLM company for business promtion. i want no that thare are required any registration in any law and waht is prosess.
and know that insurance agent (Individul) can distribut his commission to another for business promosion in cash or in kind of cash.

It is depended on the terms and conditions of your principal company.If your company authorised you to appointment appoint sub agent, then you can pay commission to your sub agent.

First make an inquiry in the LIC office that you can start such company and appoint the sub agents.
