Hi Experts,
I need judgements in which maintance u/s 125 crpc is not deductable or adjustable u/s 24 of HMA.Plz do it as priorty ,i need very urgent.

See section 127(4) of crpc.

I differ from D.Barman, sec 127(4)contradicts it. It is PWDV Act.
