I was married in May 2009, Wife left the house in Aug.2009 tured back conditional as she want to residing seperately due to pressure of wife & his corrupt father i was seperate from my parents in Sept'2009, she & her father again create nonsences and again left the independent house in Feb 2010. I filed RCR in March 2010, when summenous went her house, she & her father refuse to take it and she file 125 & DV 12,18 to 22, so many efforts she is not come back, and asking I want to live with my boyfried, even her corrupt father also demending huge amount for settlement even she & her father also threatening for impose another case if we could not give huge amount to them.
Sir kindly suggest what I do in this matter and how i rid to such corrupt people. Can i file Divorce if RCR is pending in court .
Kindly also guide me another legal point for overcome of this problem.

your by luck, you are firstly apply the RCR, and you can collect any proof of her boy frd and what she told, any regard if you have its possible to you in your case, and if the her father want to huge amount, you may give complaint against the her father regarding that aforesaid

You can not file divorce anymore unless there occurs fresh cause of action.
