These bare acts can be directly downloaded from the website. You need to be patient enough to accumulate PDF copies. This section is related to queries posted for experts to share their opinion.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 30 October 2010
Why you did not go to a book shop? Why you did not engage a professional to manage to get these information from the website? Do you genuine think that this is the right place to post such mindless and wanton queries without thinking twice?
s.subramanian (Expert) 30 October 2010
Yes.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 30 October 2010
May be he is little aware of the professional importance of this section. I Appreciate the author to grab the opportunity in listing out all the bare acts patiently and demanding free of cost from experts.

We used to have a torrid time during the mid 1980s searching for these Bare Acts trekking shop by shop in the busy commercial places of Madras. Thanks to Information Technology.

Dear Experts,
Please note:
(1)I am not DEMANDING. I have REQUESTED.
(2)I am not asking FREE SERVICE. If you could help me, we could have spoken. This is not a place to market!
(3)If you kindly have noticed the FILE section of LCI, you will find several copies of the said bare acts. Someone from you must have Uploaded it FREE OF COST here!
But, since all are not available and some are incomplete, I thought to write a note here, so that those who have already worked on this topic, may notice and may help.
(4)With this age of Information Technology, you are right that you can find bare acts over Internet. But those who have worked on it, can be in a better place to update me and all immediately.
(5) After my this posting, some of my friends from LCI Experts had sent me same collections to my email directly, while some of them had added in the FILE section and updated us.
(6)This is useful to all.
(7)I was in need urgently and was out of country, so collecting all from my native source was not possible on that particular time. So, I have posted this message to all my channels for HELP.
(8)Please remember, you Experts are here to Help and Share with other LCI visiters. (If any other meaning is there, please highlight.)
Well, dear experts, please do read and understood what has been asked for before replying anything and just read your reply before posting.
At last, I must add, BARE ACTS are available now a days in CD and DVD format (few days ago, I came to know) ranging from 16500 to 22000 (Central Acts, State Acts, including AIR). (Budget editions are also available, but I found this one better.) This is very helpful and fully searchable, with option to update from website. TECH SAVVY EXPERTS please note this, so that what had had in 80's may not repeat again.
Thank you.
Raja (Querist) 08 November 2010
To my surprise, none of you posters have never added any file to LCI !!!
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 08 November 2010
Dear Mr. Raja,

1. Jurisprudence
8. Administrative Law
9. Law of Torts
22. Professional Ethics & Professional Accounting System
23. Alternative Dispute Resolution
27. Interpretation of Statue

Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 08 November 2010
That is a fine observation pointed out by Mr.Ramu. I appreciate the author for posting your straightforward opinion on the requirement. Query stands resolved
Raja (Querist) 08 November 2010
I am sorry. I must have used the some other word with Bare Act. It is a mistake.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 08 November 2010
With the advent of internet technology, you can excavate or cull out any information on earth using google search. You need to be patient enough to choose the best extracts displayed in the hyperlinks. Please go ahead and share your experience.
Raja (Querist) 08 November 2010
Yes you are correct, but what I'd asked here are not available in total and properly. And I was also in need of it in PDF format. And I had not enough time to collect information, prepare and then convert in PDF. So, I thought to call the Experts/Visitors/Members of LCI, some of whom has already worked on some topics. And before starting from the very beginning, it is always the best policy to follow the first man with his footprints to achieve the same target.

A SHORT NOTE
=============

23. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) includes dispute resolution processes and techniques that act as a means for disagreeing parties to come to an agreement short of litigation. NOT AN ACT.

27. Interpretation of Statue
Statutory interpretation is the process of interpreting and applying legislation. The concept of interpretation of a Statute cannot be a static one. Though “Maxwell on Interpretation of Statutes” is a virtual Bible for analysing the concept, even still, courts have departed from the principles laid down therein depending upon the social needs of the community, economic exigencies of time and several other factors. Nevertheless, even where the usual meaning of the words falls short of the object of the legislature, a more extended meaning may be attributed to them, if they are fairly susceptible of it. NOT AN ACT.

1. Jurisprudence
Jurisprudence is the theory and philosophy of law. NOT AN ACT.

41. Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing
NOT AN ACT.

42. Moot Court and Intership
NOT AN ACT.

48. Democratic Decentralisation and Local Self Government
NOT AN ACT.

49. Law and Social Transformation
NOT AN ACT.

52. Law, Poverty and Development
NOT AN ACT.

32. Legislative Principles
NOT AN ACT.

8. Administrative Law
Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government. As a body of law, administrative law deals with the decision-making of administrative units of government (e.g., tribunals, boards or commissions) that are part of a national regulatory scheme in such areas as police law, international trade, manufacturing, the environment, taxation, broadcasting, immigration and transport.
