Property title.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 28 October 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear sir,
I have come across a property in which a father has gifted his property to his son such that the son to get all rights only after the father' death. Father to enjoy the property till he dies.

Now both father (by virtue of his enjoyment rights) and son (by virtue of rights he would get on his father' death) sold the property to another person 'B 'through Sale registration. Is the title of the person 'B' by virtue of this sale registration valid?

Can we buy such property from the person 'B'?

Yes title validly passed to B and you could safely purchase that property from him.
