It is alwyas easy to win any NI 138 case but the defense is complecated and you have to take no of steps, only citations will not help.

The recovery suit on the basis of bounced cheque can be filed by its due holder and the defendant in such case is free to raise all objections to the suit including nothing was payable and the cheque was against the loan amount advanced by defendant to the plaintiff etc.
