When ex-employee of company (having signed NDA and confidentiality agreement)resorted to poach past employer's staff ;

What actions employer can initiate on the ex-employee ??

Action cannot be taken against the ex-employee unless he has solid proof of the act, but can initiate action against the employee who is in service and helping the ex-employee.
