The purchaser has given me a draft of sale deed. In that draft he has mentioned This deed is in respect of "sale / transfer/conveyance " of residential property i.e. plot .... is there any hidden meaning in writing "sale/ transfer/conveyance " in stade of only "sale" ? If I am selling the property how i am responsible to transferring the property? purchaser should approach to city survey office / talathi/revenue officer to change the title or transfer the title. I am confused . Please guide. Thanks in advance and lot of points n stars which i may give to you.

Answers are not giving for points or stars. It is only conveying the knowledge. The query you have written is just like luring the children. After registration mutation of all documents is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Let the deed be specific in title and contents. Call it Sale Deed and everywhere in the matter mention only sale. It would be correct.

In all written agreements meanings can always be assigned since you can not cover each and every term whatever you do and that is why there are two sides in every dispute OK .
