hello friends,

i would like to know the cosultation fees of a lawyer, and in respect to their grades, like jr. advocate, advocate on record & most reputant advocate. pls, furnish me the information and if any provisions of advocates act, 1961 supports it.

there are no fixed rate in this field.

it depend upon case to case and person to person.

if you have no idea about the same,please meet two or three advocates of your locality and have a preliminary discussion of the case and ask their rate.

some of them charge certain amount per appearance and some agree on a total fee.

it is better to ask fees and other terms before hand.

Advocates Act not provide any fees particulars but some how Legal Practitioners fees Rules are there only for conducting case
