If one person having Ration Card, Electricity Bill in his name on one house, but his elder brother throug out him from his house. Now that house is locked. Give me advice how will he get possesion on that house.

HE MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR PARTITION OF PROPERTY AND CLAIM THE SHARE IN HOUSE WITH INTERIUM ORDER.
HE WILL SUCCEED.

Better you state full facts. Who is the owner of the house, how are you are entitled for enjoyment of that house and under what circumstances or on what grounds you brother threw you out of that house. In the absence of details, any advice would be no help to you.

Ration card and electricity bill could not give any title or interest or possession over a property.
