Respected Experts,
Please give me recent authority of Hon'ble Apex Court on the point of Status-Quo which would grant in favour of plaintiff to restrain defendant(encroacher) to raise construction on the suit property.

Status quo do not mean that it favours either of the parties rather it says to maintain same status of the things to both the parties.

There are numerous citations of SC in this regard.
