bail under section 66 of information technology act

thanks sir for the previous reply .according to ur ans
it means thatbail under section 66 of information tech act is possible its not an non-bailable offence?

Non-bailable offence do not means that bail shall not be granted to the accused forever. What I had written against your earlier query was that it is the court which has to listen the application and has to decide over it. The offence is non-bailable.

Yes i accept the reply of Mr. Raj Kumar. The power to grant bail is the whole discretion of the court to decide.
