dear sir thanks sir for the previous reply .according to ur ans it means thatbail under section 66 of information tech act is possible its not an non-bailable offence?

Non-bailable offence do not means that bail shall not be granted to the accused forever. What I had written against your earlier query was that it is the court which has to listen the application and has to decide over it. The offence is non-bailable.

Yes i accept the reply of Mr. Raj Kumar. The power to grant bail is the whole discretion of the court to decide.
