Property booked by mcd in 2018 completion taken in 2019

Hello Experts,

I have question regarding property (Adarsh Nagar Area, Delhi) which are booked by MCD with reason "Deviation /Excess coverage beyond sbp id xxx from stilt to third floor in 2018. Later completion certificate was issued in 2019 which is showing on the MCD website, however, property in still showing booked on MCD portal in 2025 list.

What are consequences of buying such property and how to rectify such issue ? Buying this property, is safe ? Can this be rectified by paying fine etc to MCd ?

It may not be advisable to purchase the property with this adverse tag attached to it, you may ask the owner to rectify it and obtain a certificate from MCD in this regard and then get an opinion from an advocate in the local, proceed or purchase only if recommended

It is not advised to buy such property.
Even then if you feel strong to go for same property it is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts and circumstances, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
