Respected sir/madam, im the complainant in one criminal case.Police has submitted 'C' report to Court wherein it is stated that Case proved but accused are not traced etc.,. and notice has been served to me. But accused are reside near to Police Station. Police failed to nab the accused and they made several mistakes in investigation. They send one notice that if I'm not satisfied with 'C' report I may challenge it. Please guide me how to reopen the case.? Can I give complaint to Higher ups against Investigating Officer or to approach the Court. What are procedures to reopen C report. Please guide me. It is very important counter case against my in-laws to defend 498A case.

I gave complaint to Police that accused forged my finger print and sign. Police filed FIR and took my finger print/ sign and questioned documents sent to Finger print Beauro/Handwriting
expert. Report given by experts cleared that my original finger print/ sign and finger print /sign made on questioned documents are not matching. That's why I mentioned case is proved. After this Police sent C report to Court by stating that ' forging of finger print and sign confirmed but accused are not traced. Investigation will be continue after tracing of accused ". It's the fact Sir. My in laws filed 498 A, DV Act, 125 maintenance, Appeal cases in High court, OS cases and harrasment I took VRS. Please go through my all queries. Since 2013 iam facing these cases. All my queries are genuine.
