Ews plot purchased before 7 years dtcp approved plot

I've purchased EWS plots in two separate land area. Also, I've built house 7 years ago covering total area by getting approval from panchayat office. Is there any possibility I could merge both plots? Will i get any issue in future if I try to sell? DTCP approved plot.

The definition of family for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation includes the person seeking the benefit, their parents, siblings, spouse, and children. The property held by a family in different locations is clubbed together. This means that a person cannot apply for an EWS certificate if they own multiple properties in different locations.
Therefore it would be illegal on your part if you had bought two properties under EWS.

If the two plots do not exceed 100 sq. yards or 900 sq. ft are eligible for EWS. Otherwise, it is illegal on your part.

Merger of two houses constructed (on allottment under EWS catagory) should be out of scheme meant for EWS
