Do SDO under senior citizen tribunal have authority to give judgement to return money if father is trying to proof that property was agreed to taken on father and son name but later after 8 year he discovered that it's on son name only in index 2 that he find after 8 years

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a Senior Citizen Tribunal, under the Senior Citizen Act, has the authority to order the return of money in a property dispute. Specifically, it concerns a father who claims a property was agreed to be in both his and his son's names, only to discover eight years later that the index shows the property solely in his son's name.
