Sir,

Prosecution has moved application under Sec 311 that they wants to examin 2 witness, who is not listed in witness list , in charge sheet, not their statement is recorded by I.O in 161cr p c. case is at the stage of prosecution evidence even all charge sheet witnes exame I need citation to against prosecution please refer if any.

There is no need for citation for you rather the prosecution has to bring a relevant citation in favour of their application. There is no such law in favour of the prosecution.
