yes..but with other terms and conditions laid down in the agreement play a vital role in the validity.

Mr. Anonymous,

Not only an agreement is required to be on a Non-judicial Stamp paper but of the same or higher denomination of stamp papers as is required therefor. Also, in case it is required to be compulsorily registered under any legal provision, it must be registered to make it enforceable.

Agreement is valid and proper if it executed on proper denomination of stamp-paper or where registering of such documents are mandatory or enforceable under the legal statues.
