The public sector company is not fulfiling the vacancies of Ex-serviceman as per GR . I want to serve them notice on the said subject. what is the format of notice?

Are you an Advocate or general litigant?

If you are an advocate then first draft your notice, get checked from some senior or from any expert of this community and then serve it.

If you are a layman then engage a counsel and get notice issued from him.
